1) Adoption Visa Subclass 102
This visa is for those children under the age of 18, and are outside of Australia, and are being sponsored by an Australian parent, PR parent, or eligible NZ parent. The process of this application is not usually straightforward as there is a multiple authority involved in making sure that the best interest of the child is protected. 2) Aged Dependent Relative Visa – Subclass 114/*838
This visa lets a single older person, who relies on a relative living in Australia for financial support, move to Australia permanently. The core requirements of this visa are that the applicant is dependent on the sponsors for basic needs (e.g. food, shelter, and clothing) and that dependency must have existed for at least 3 years before making an application.
3) Carer Visa – Subclass 116/836
This visa is for Filipinos who want to care for a relative or near relative who is an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen with along-term medical condition, who has no reasonable access to care options in Australia.
This visa is a permanent visa but will require a series of assessments on the medical condition of your relative including an assessment of the ability of the applicant to provide care to the relative requiring care.

4) Child Visa – Subclass 101 /802
If you are a child under 18 years old, or under 25 years old and studying full time, or have an eligible disability, never married, and have a biological or biological or adoptive parent who is an Australian citizen, permanent visa holder, or eligible New Zealand citizen – this visa is for you!

5) The Last Remaining Relative Visa – Subclass 115 / 835
This visa is for you if you are the only close family of an Australian relative, who must bean eligible parent or step-parent, sibling or step-sibling or eligible partner of your relative.
